We provides a personalized pts consumption type or unlimited watching service that allows our members to access our TV shows and movies on certain Internet-connected computers and other HTML5-supported devices.

• 1.Tvseries.net service is provided to you. You have accepted these Terms of Use, which govern your use of our service. As used in Terms of Use means the personalized service provided by TVseries.net for discovering and accessing TVseries.net content, including all features and functionalities, comments and reviews, our website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service. References to ‘you’ in these Terms of Use indicate the member who created the TVseries.net account and whose payment method is charged. We don’t use automatically charge when your pts run low or unlimited watching service expired. Pts: Your TVseries.net pts never expire after you bought, you can use them to watch any TV shows and movies on site (3pts for each ep and 5pts for each movie). In any cases, you can watch the same ep and movie for 30times in 24hrs time period without additional cost. To use the TVseries.net service you must have Internet access and a HTML5 supported computer or device. When your pts runs lower than five, you may not access some videos due that our system should deduct corresponding pts first and return them back your account instantly in your repeated plays. You can check your viewing logs in User Center. Unlimited Watching service: Unlike pts consumption type, you can choose unlimited service when you make a payment, you can watch as much as you can in your service time. Our unlimited watching service doesn’t support automatically renew. You need to make a payment again to buy a service plan after the service time expired.

• 2.You must be at least 18 years of age to become a paid member of the TVseries.net service. Individuals under the age of 18 may only utilize the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, under such person's account and otherwise subject to these Terms of Use.

• 3.The TVseries.net service is only for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household. During your TVseries.net service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the TVseries.net service. You agree not to use the service for public performances.
  

  Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations on Liability

• 4.You are responsible to your account security, please use an unique and complicated password to protect your account. And we advices you to change it once in six months period. By allowing others to access the account , you agree that such individuals are acting on your behalf and that you are bound by any changes that they may make to the account, including but not limited to cost your pts. To help maintain control over the account and prevent any unauthorized users from accessing the account, you should maintain control over the devices that are used to access the service and not reveal the password or details of the Payment Method associated to the account to anyone. You agree to provide a valid email address so we can send your password reset messages if you can not recall your password. TVseries.net uses advanced security measures to protect your personal data. For any loss of your pts, you can contact us to find out what happened.

• 5.The quality of the display of the TVseries.net streaming may vary from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection. The minimum connection speed for our video quality is 5.0 Mbps per stream; however, we recommend a faster connection for improved video quality. A connection speed of at least 10.0 Mbps per stream is recommended to receive HD video quality. You are responsible for all Internet access charges. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges. TVseries.net makes no representations or warranties about the quality of your watching experience on your display. The time it takes to begin watching TVseries.net streaming will vary based on a number of factors, including your location, available bandwidth at the time, the TVseries.net streaming you have selected and the configuration of your HTML5 supported device.

• 6.Customer Support. To find more information about our service and its features, or if you need assistance with your account, please visit your profile page under your account name on the TVseries.net homepage, you can send us a message by click on “Contact Us” to post.

• 7.Changes to Terms of Use and Assignment. TVseries.net may, from time to time, change these Terms of Use. Such revisions shall be effective immediately; provided however, for existing members, such revisions shall, unless otherwise stated, be effective 30 days after posting.

• 8.We will send you information relating to your account (e.g. payment problems, changes in password ,notices) via emails to your email address provided during registration or message in site.
