The true story of the big eyed paintings. Margaret is one of millions of women dominated and exploited by husbands or other men. The famous writer Collette was locked in a room by her husband in their apartment on Rue St. Jacob in Paris and she was not allowed out until she had written a certain number of pages, pages which eventually became books for which her husband took full credit. Eventually, like Margaret, she was able to free herself and went on to write even more gloriously.
