phoenixsky...i was here when it started and after few problem initially i nevver had any problem after for the last 5 years..if you found a better,reliable,with the same quality and cheaper replacement let me know, because i doubt it heavily...most problem are related to your desktop or laptop..usually.i use sometime http://www.mywatchseries.ac/...but quality like 1996 downloads and full of adware, malware and more..good luck
